We at Kuyate Designs only use High Quality Vinyl Materials for outdoor use and indoor use.

 

If you want long lasting stickers, decals, and graphics for your vehicle or business signage please feel free to contact us. When applied properly to a clean, dry, smooth surface, our stickers are there to stay.   Unlike most companies, we will not guarantee the life of your stickers for say 2 years or 5 years, your stickers will last as long as you take care of it.  

 

Wholesale Purchase Orders are a minimum of $50.00 per color vinyl.

 

Before starting your purchase order their will be a 10% non refundable deposit of full order and before the order is shipped out we will ask for the full payment via paypal before sending your order out.

 

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

 

Preparing your artwork by hand? 

Nice!  All you need to do is send it to kuyatedesigns@gmail.com and we will make the correct file you will need to see your artwork in a sticker.  

 

Depending on the artwork received with detail it will cost from $15 to $45 maximum to make your logo or artwork.  This will only be a one time fee per logo or artwork.  This will be your initial setup fee.

 

If your logo or artwork is already in a vector, ai, or eps file, their is no charge for setup fees.

  Most customers upload their file during the online order process. We also accept files sent by e-mail. After file is sent you will get a proof sent with your sticker dimensions and artwork before we make your product.

• SIZE 
  Size your artwork to the scale of the sticker size or larger. We can easily reduce your artwork to fit the sticker size you specify. We can enlarge artwork, but the quality of the finished product will suffer.

Turnaround Times

 

Depending on what you order, it takes from 5 to 7 business days for us to complete and send out a sticker order. This means 5 to 7 business days from the date we receive the order with acceptable artwork until the date we send out the stickers. We can't be responsible for mail delays before or after your order is in our shop.

If you need stickers by a certain date, the only way we can guarantee that you'll have them in time is if you order BULK and arrange a rush order.

Having the cheapest prices on great quality stickers, our services are in great demand. We get every order out as quickly as possible, but unfortunately we're not always able to meet everyone's needs.

 

Rush Orders

 

If you need your stickers by a certain date you must order in BULK. We can sometimes get an order of stickers out in as little as one week. If you need your order by a certain date, there is a rush charge of 15% of order total, minimum charge $50.

To arrange a rush order, you must arrange it by phone prior to placing your order; our schedule changes every single week dependent upon how busy we are. Give us a call (between 12pm and 5pm Monday - Friday at 909-241-9325 and we'll try our best to fit you in our schedule.

 

GLOSSARY OF TERMS

DIE CUT: Anything that's not a rectangle or square.  A die is like an industrial cookie cutter that stamps out the custom shape.

SIGN LETTERING: These are non-inked stickers in which text or shapes are cut out of the vinyl - they are typically applied with transfer tape.  We do not offer sign lettering at this time. Check your local sign shop.

VINYL: Weatherproof material meant for outdoor application.  These stickers last 3-5 years in the outdoors when applied to a clean, dry, smooth surface.  But will not guarantee the life term of the vinyl.

VECTOR: These are graphics that use geometric shapes, lines, and curves to create designs.  Resolution (DPI - see above) is not an issue since any vector based design can be scaled to any size without loss of quality.

 

SHIPPING

 

At this moment we only ship nation wide around the United States.  The shipping method we recommend to use is Fedex and UPS.  Shipping will be added to your order at the best rates we could apply to your order.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

Returns and Refunds will only be issued if it was our fault in your purchase order of not providing the proper quality we highly look upon, otherwise we do not refund any product as these are custom made products as you order.
