All orders placed with TC Motoring International constitutes the acknowledgement and acceptance of all conditions listed herein
All parts remain the property of TCMI until paid in full.
Orders are not shipped until paid in full.
Paypal Orders can only be shipped to a verified billing address.
All orders shipped within the state of California are subject to sales tax unless qualified as exempt.
All prices and product specifications are subject to change at any time without notice.
Product images are provided as visual purposes only and may not be of actual item.
Electrical and Lighting Components
Sold AS IS.
Installation may void vehicle manufacturer warranty.
Certain restrictions apply on product manufacturer warranty.
User assumes all costs and risks associated with these components.
Engine Components Except those that are Exempt are Intended for Off-Road Use ONLY
Non-exempt products are not legal in California and are not for use on public road or highway.
Federal and State Laws Prohibit Removal or Modification of Any Element Affecting Vehicle Emissions or Safety
Violation may subject the owner or user to fine or penalty by law.
Installation may void vehicle manufacturer warranty.
User assumes all costs and risks associated with these componenents.
Return for Exchange or Refund
No cash refunds.
Returns allowed for exchange or in store credit.
Returns must be authorized.
Freight to return the item must be paid by the customer.
It is the customer responsibility to properly pack the item to prevent damage.
It is the customer responsibility to insure the return shipment.
It is the customer responsibility to maintain tracking information for the return shipment.
Credit will not be given for merchandise showing signs of use or wear.
Original shipping and handling are not refundable.
Copy of original invoice will be required with return.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee if applicable.
Refused Shipments
Refused shipment does not constitute the right to refund or credit.
It is the customer's responsibility to make prior arrangements to refuse a shipment.
Customer will be charged return shipment fee.
Customer may be assessed at 20% restocking fee for refused shipments.
Shortage / Damage Claim
Damaged shipments should be inspected at the presence of the delivery carrier.
Damage claim must be reported to the delivery carrier at once.
Cartons and packing material must be kept for further inspection by carrier.
Credit or replacement will not be issued for damage claim until approved by carrier.
Shortage claims must be made with 24 hours of receiving shipment.
Special Orders
Special orders must be paid in full at the time of order.
No cancellations, refunds or returns allowed on special orders.
TC Motoring International is not responsible for delays above and beyond its control.
Warranty
Warranty will not be given if the defect was caused by customer abuse, negligence, mishandling, or improper installation.
All merchandise is subject to manufacturer warranty, if available.
Warranty items are subject to submission to manufacturer for inspection and approval of repair or replacement.
Customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with warranty.
Labor fees may apply on warranty.
Certain restrictions apply for electrical and lighting products.
